Are your products certified organic?

Our collection is formulated with the highest quality certified and non-certified organic ingredients. The package on our products will identify ingredients that are organic, but this does not mean the other ingredients are not organic or held at a high standard of purity.

Are all your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are made from plant-based ingredients with no animal testing.

Are your products GMO free?

Yes, all of our products are non-GMO.

Are your products gluten free?

Our collection contains a nourishing organic colloidal oat powder that has not been tested for traces of gluten at this time.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our collection is made with all natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives. Each product has a shelf life of about 12 months, however if cared for properly can last longer. All products should be kept out of direct sunlight, heat, and humid conditions. Make sure to always keep lid tightly closed. Contamination with water can spoil the product.

Are your products suitable for reactive or sensitive skin?

We have formulated this collection to be gentle enough for all skin types even the most delicate and congested. Sensitive or reactive skin can be unpredictable. It is always important to be gentle in your daily skin care ritual. If you have delicate skin, do not massage, rub or scrub the facial polish onto your face. Gently spread in an upwards motion without manual exfoliation and allow the natural ingredients to nourish and soothe your skin. If you experience a reaction, we recommend you discontinue use and if necessary, consult your medical practitioner to establish whether you have experienced an irritation or an allergy. We recommend always performing a patch test prior to broad application.

Why does my skin appear red after mask application?

The nature of the clay found in our collection is to stimulate circulation. The redness is blood rushing to the surface of your skin, helping to nourish your cells and support regeneration. Experiencing redness post mask application is common. Depending on your skin it could take a couple hours to fade.

Is your line safe for use during pregnancy?

Our collection is formulated with gentle natural ingredients, most of which are completely safe for you to use during your pregnancy. We have taken special care to formulate our facial polish with a safe dilution of essential oils but we always recommend consulting your physician before use with products containing essential oils.
